Welcome to JOWIC Limited; provider of Healthcare Interim Management Services.
JOWIC Ltd. is the umbrella company for services solely provided by John Cartwright, an experienced NHS Manager with almost two decades of experience within healthcare both in the UK and New Zealand.
The business was established in 2003 and is now in its 8th year. Services have successfully been provided to the likes of Great Ormond Street Hospital Foundation NHS Trust, The Christie Foundation NHS Trust, Accenture, BT CCA and The Royal Liverpool and Broad Green Hospitals NHS Trust.
The main services provided by JOWIC focus in four main areas within the NHS:
Interim Management: the provision of interim management cover to fill in any gaps or temporary requirements,
Service/quality improvement: reviewing services to maintain and improve service against performance and/or clinical practice,
Cost improvement: delivering on the financial demands on the NHS, cutting costs, improving service efficiency safely,
Business development: business planning and development, producing business cases and looking forward.
JOWIC is based in West Yorkshire but operates nationwide: to date, services have been provided in London, Manchester, Inverness, Liverpool, Leicester, Leeds and currently Wigan.
